Fiesta Banquets
Fiesta is our banquet floor rather than a restaurant, so it is not open for walk-in dining. Meals are arranged around whatever is booked. The complimentary breakfast buffet runs 7:30 AM to 10 AM. Lunch or dinner service is built to order for each event, for up to 200 covers.
